Welcome to today’s look featuring a ton of Zara and a sprinkling of Public Desire. For this frosty week I have braved a summer dress and re-styled it up to make it winter-worthy!
I bought this dress to wear to a polo competition on what was quite possibly the hottest day of summer 2016. On that day I wore it with tan, strappy sandals and a matching cross-body bag. In today’s post I have paired it with my trusty black (faux!) leather jacket and my over-the-knee boots for an easy transition from a summer outfit to a winter outfit. Admittedly this past week has been FREEZING and I will probably save this look for when the frost thaws a little bit!
“I still remember those country lanes”
Of course I had to quote a song from Ed Sheeran after the two cracking tunes he released last week! But this one – Castle on the Hill – is especially relevant as last weekend I moved back home to the South Coast where I grew up… lots of memories and familiar places! After months of driving up and down the M6 to and from the North to the South at weekends, I have a new job back home and have finally moved back 🙂
